1. Who we are
Interlatina.net is operated by Interlatina Global Commerce LLC, 3080 Park Pond Way, Kissimmee, FL 34741, USA (contact@interlatina.net). By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Age
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this store. Children under 13 may not create an account, submit personal information or purchase. If we learn that an order or account comes from a child under 13, we will cancel it, refund any payment and delete the data.
- If you are 13 to 17 years old, you may purchase only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have your parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Products and prices
We try to describe products and show colors as accurately as possible. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions and may cancel an order affected by an error, with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or an unavailable item), in which case you receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

5. Final sale, shipping and refunds

6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing data you are not authorized to access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The content of this store (text, graphics, logos and images) belongs to Interlatina Global Commerce LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Warranties and liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the implied warranty that products are fit for their ordinary purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
