Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost and delivery time
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Processing: orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days after they ship. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
Products ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages, on different days. You pay shipping only once per order.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping delays
We only promise delivery times we can meet. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated (or within 30 days, if no time was stated), we will email you before that deadline with a new shipping date and the option to cancel your order for a full refund, including shipping. If you cancel, the refund is issued within 5 business days. If there is a further delay, we will contact you again.

Address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can correct it only before the order ships.

Problems with delivery
Damaged, wrong, missing or lost packages are covered as described in our Refund Policy.
